Nieto-Begné, Patricia Lorena

Dr. Lorena Nieto Begné is a lawyer who graduated from the University of Guanajuato, obtained her master's degree in Political Science from Southern Oregon University, USA, and her Ph.D. in High Management from the University of Hispanic-American Advanced Studies. She has held positions in the federal public administration as Deputy Director of Planning and State Housing Programs at Sedesol, and as an advisor to the General Director of Infonavit. In the State administration, she worked as an official expert at the Attorney General's Office of the State of Hidalgo. She is currently the Director of the Division of Social Sciences and Government at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Hidalgo Campus.
